Advocate (1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)
Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and their children who are survivors of intimate partner violence at our Hamilton County or Clermont County shelters. Provides shift leadership to advocates to ensure trauma-informed client interactions, follow-through on all procedures, and positive work environment. Provides direct advocacy, support, crisis intervention and referrals to residents and callers.

Building Engineering Specialist
Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities, this position must be proficient and versatile in trouble shooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on specialized building equipment and systems. Including: boilers, chillers, building automated controls, AHU’s, VAV’s pumps and refrigeration units. The HVAC Technician will also be knowledgeable in one or more building trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, kitchen appliances, and life safety.

Director of Finance
The Director of Finance is responsible in providing strategic financial leadership, directing the accounting functions in accordance with GAAP for non-profit entities. Oversees financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Domestic Violence Shelter Cook
The Domestic Violence Shelter Cook plans, prepares, cook and serve meals under general direction; provide inventory control, including recordkeeping, equipment control, food acquisition and storage.

Equity Advocacy Manager
The Equity Advocacy manager is responsible for managing the agency’s advocacy efforts. This is inclusive of internal and external strategies for creating/advising/promoting YWCA’s public policy agenda in local, state and federal legislation and policy initiatives impacting the mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

Housing Case Manager
The Housing Case Manager is responsible for the delivery of direct services to adult survivors of domestic violence participating in the YWCA Housing Programs.

Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of the organization's facilities, equipment, and machinery through planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities.

Peaceful Solutions Coordinator
The Peaceful Solutions Coordinator specializes in providing restorative circles, a group conversation technique, free of hierarchy, used to develop relationships, build community, and respond to conflicts.

Racial Justice and Equity Training Institute Coordinator
The Racial Justice and Equity Training Coordinator is responsible for managing the agency efforts for training internally and externally in racial justice, gender justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is inclusive of all aspects of training including consulting, booking, tracking, facilitating, staffing and leading training initiatives.

Social Worker/Margaret’s Place Counselor
The Margaret’s Place program addresses the underlying causes of violence and the impact of victimization through a variety of counseling and psycho-educational modalities in a school setting.
