Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and their children who are survivors of intimate partner violence at our Hamilton County or Clermont County shelters. Provides shift leadership to advocates to ensure trauma-informed client interactions, follow-through on all procedures, and positive work environment. Provides direct advocacy , support, crisis intervention and referrals to residents and callers.
Peaceful Solutions Coordinator
The Peaceful Solutions Coordinator will assist the manager in providing restorative circles and group conversations within the Northwest School District aiming to reduce the school suspension rates and increase long-term student success.
Assistant Director, Non-residential Domestic Violence Services
The Assistant Director provides direction and oversees the operation of the nonresidential DV programs.
Child Welfare Domestic Violence Connection Program (CWDVCP) Intervention Coordinator – Person Doing Harm
The Intervention Coordinator – Person Doing Harm works within Hamilton County Jobs and Family Child Protective Services department to ensure the safety and well-being of survivors and children exposed to intimate partner violence (IPV) by interviewing people who commit IPV and making referrals for treatment.
Domestic Violence Shelter Cook
The domestic violence shelter cook plans, prepares, cooks and serves meals under general direction.
Housing Case Manager
The Housing Case Manager is responsible for the delivery of direct services to adult survivors of domestic violence participating in the YWCA Housing Programs.
Director of Grants Administration
The Director of Grants Administration is the lead writer and compliance monitor for YWCA government grant funding and funding from the United Way. The Director of Grants Administration manages grants from prospect to fulfillment, tracking and reporting requirements in coordination with Program and Accounting staffs.
