Job Openings

Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and their children who are survivors of intimate partner violence at our Hamilton County or Clermont County shelters. Provides shift leadership to advocates to ensure trauma-informed client interactions, follow-through on all procedures, and positive work environment. Provides direct advocacy , support, crisis intervention and referrals to residents and callers.

Workforce Development Coordinator
The Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of direct services to Workforce Development participants.

Intervention Coordinator
The Intervention Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of direct services to adult victims of domestic violence in the YWCA shelter.

SafeCare Family Support Provider
The Family Support Provider is responsible for the delivery of the SafeCare home curriculum-based program.

Grants Accountant
The Grants Accountant performs the accounting functions for programs funded by outside funders and donors and acts as a liaison between the Accounting department and program staff in managing grants.

Accounting Specialist II
The Accounting Specialist II’s role is to work within the Accounting Department handling all accounts payable duties.

Prevention Education Coordinator
The Prevention Education Coordinator is responsible for teaching the Safe Dates, Teens Against Bullying, and Coaching Boys Into Men curricula in designated Middle and High Schools.
