Advocate
Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and their children who are survivors of intimate partner violence at our Hamilton County or Clermont County shelters. Provides shift leadership to advocates to ensure trauma-informed client interactions, follow-through on all procedures, and positive work environment. Provides direct advocacy , support, crisis intervention and referrals to residents and callers.
Housing Case Manager
The Housing Case Manager is responsible for the delivery of direct services to adult survivors of domestic violence participating in the YWCA Housing Program.
Program Coordinator – Peaceful Solutions
The Peaceful Solutions Program Coordinator assists the program manager with implementing the Peaceful Solutions project by facilitating restorative circles within elementary schools within the Greater Cincinnati region.
Child Welfare Domestic Violence Connection Program Intervention Coordinator
The Child Welfare Domestic Violence Connection Program Intervention Coordinator works within Hamilton County Jobs and Family Child Protective Services department to ensure the safety, permanency, and well-being of children exposed to domestic violence.
Intervention Coordinator – Person Doing Harm
The Intervention Coordinator (PDH) works within the Hamilton County Jobs and Family Child Protective Services department to ensure the safety and well-being of survivors and children exposed to intimate partner violence (IPV) by interviewing people who commit IPV and making referrals for treatment.
