YWCA Toward Equity Workshops take a look at implicit bias and how it impacts us at an interpersonal, institutional, and systematic level.

Through this training you will:

  • Increase awareness of racial equity and implicit bias
  • Explore perceptions and biases and how they affect our daily work and interactions
  • Develop an understanding of inclusive and equitable organizational culture and practices
  • Identify strategic next steps to become a more equitable organization
