Community Conversations: Being Curious Together About Race We have all been in conversations about race that are ful of shame, blame, and guilt. A new kind of conversation is being called for in business, non-profit organizations, schools, communities, and even in our homes. This conversation needs to be held in a space that provides enough safety so that real authenticity can emerge and genuine healing can begin. This space needs to support movement from judgement to curiosity. So many of us are eager to have such a conversation but haven't been sure of where or how to start. This campaign is one part of our larger national strategy to fulfill our mission of eliminating racism.
