House of Peace Manager
The House of Peace Manager is responsible for daily oversight of the Clermont County domestic violence Shelter by supervising direct-service staff, maintaining a trauma-informed shelter environment for survivors, ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets identified outcomes, and overseeing facility operations.
Jobs & Family Services/Co-Location Case Manager
The Jobs and Family Services/Co-Location Case Manager works within the Jobs and Family Child Protective Services department to ensure the safety, permanency, and well-being of children exposed to domestic violence.
Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and their children who are survivors of intimate partner violence at our Hamilton County or Clermont County shelters. Provides shift leadership to advocates to ensure trauma-informed client interactions, follow-through on all procedures, and positive work environment. Provides direct advocacy , support, crisis intervention and referrals to residents and callers.
Rosie's Girls Summer Counselors
The Rosie's Girls Program is a three-week summer program for 11-13 year old girls designed to introduce girls to STEM-related careers in the world of construction and build self-esteem, physical confidence, interpersonal cooperation and leadership skills through learning and applying basic skills in carpentry and other technical trades. Counselors operate in a collaborative team environment to support and supervise 24 girls individually and collectively in various trades and arts instruction.
