Payroll Specialist and Grant Billing Specialist
 The Payroll and Grant Billing Specialist supports the finance department through grant billing, payroll processing, and administration efforts.

Senior Accountant
 The Senior Accountant supports the finance department through recording monthly closing journal entries and monitoring, analyzing, and producing reports of financial activity.

Therapist
The Therapist is responsible for the delivery of trauma-informed, therapeutic services to victims of domestic violence in the YWCA shelters.

Family Intervention Coordinator
The Family Intervention Coordinator is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment for individuals and families coordinating the delivery of holistic and supportive case management services to domestic violence and sexual assault victims and survivors.

Intervention Coordinator
The Intervention Coordinator works in consultation with the Transitional Living Program Manager providing Aftercare Case Management and Support Groups as well as children's activities for residents and former residents of the transitional housing program.   

JFS Manager 
The JFS Manager (Manager to oversee the operations of collaboration between YWCA and Hamilton County Jobs and Family Services [JFS]) will lead the YWCA Domestic Violence Child Welfare Connection team of staff working within the JFS Child Protective Services department to ensure the safety, permanency, and well-being of children exposed to domestic violence.

Clinical Services Provider
The Clinical Services Provider provides case management, facilitates psycho/education groups and performs individual assessments addressing the effects of domestic violence and violent behavior through prevention/intervention services in conjunction with the Transform and CAN Programs.

Lead Advocate, 1st Shift Weekdays
Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and their children who are survivors of intimate partner violence. Provides shift leadership to advocates to ensure trauma-informed client interactions, follow-through on all procedures, and positive work environment. Provides direct advocacy , support, crisis intervention and referrals to residents and callers.

Advocate, 1st Shift Weekends
Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and their children who are survivors of intimate partner violence. Provides shift leadership to advocates to ensure trauma-informed client interactions, follow-through on all procedures, and positive work environment. Provides direct advocacy , support, crisis intervention and referrals to residents and callers.
