The YWCA’s First Course: Certified Dining Room Professional training program provides free occupational training for jobs in the food service industry. Our program will prepare you for Server, Banquet Server, and Restaurant Server jobs. We use hands-on training to teach hard skills needed to fulfill the duties of any server position and soft skills required to get and, most importantly, keep a job.
