Credit/Debit Card Information
We collect visitor's contact information and financial information as needed. Contact information is used to send information about our organization. The contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. This information is not shared or resold in any circumstance except under requirement by law or judgment.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses may be added to our database for use on a distribution list to announce an event, but they are not shared with outside parties.

This includes a firewall and 24 monitoring of site activities by our hosting service provider as well as 128-bit SSL encryption (where allowable by law) on all transaction oriented operations between you and the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati via our transaction service provider.

All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
